The lists are not trade ideas

The "Quality" list collects companies that have disclosed a dated clinical or regulatory event. The "Short-candidate watch" collects companies whose filings show financial-risk factors, such as going-concern language, limited cash or dilution. These are classifications of disclosed facts. They are not predictions, price targets or ratings. Nothing here says a stock is a "long" or a "short", and a stock on either list may rise or fall, sometimes sharply, whatever the classification.

Risks

Small and micro-cap biotechnology stocks are highly volatile and illiquid, and their prices can fall to a fraction of their value on a single announcement. You can lose all of your investment. Short selling carries the risk of losses greater than the amount invested, because a stock's price can rise without limit. Clinical trials and regulatory reviews are uncertain, and their timing often changes.

Accuracy and timing

Information is compiled from public filings and company disclosures and is provided as is. It may contain errors or omissions, may be out of date, and is not updated in real time. Prices and market capitalisations are from periodic snapshots and are not live quotes. "Verified" means only that the catalyst wording was read in the cited document on the date shown. Always check the primary source before you rely on anything here.
