Biotech Trader Handbook is an independent research publication focused on one thing: upcoming catalysts in small and micro-cap biotech stocks. The site is operated by Dark Horse Capital Management LLC.
It grew out of the Biotech Trader Handbook book series. The catalyst list applies the same idea in a living format. Every entry is compiled from SEC filings, company press releases and investor presentations, never from the FDA's own calendar, and each one links to the document it came from.
There are two lists. The Quality list covers names with a real, dated Phase 2, Phase 3 or regulatory catalyst ahead. The Substandard List covers names showing dilution, thin cash runway, going-concern language or failed trials. Neither is a recommendation to trade in either direction.
